Accelerate Career Start creates a unique opportunity for associates to practice key skills that will accelerate the transition from law student to lawyer while developing strong and diverse networks outside of the law firm. Accelerate Career Start is intended for both large firms and individuals.
Accelerate hosted its welcome session on Jan. 31, 2022 and additional plenary sessions took place in March, May, August, and November.
In 2022, we delivered quality programming and networking opportunities through a series of virtual events for 107 participating first-year associates representing 14 law firms in 20 cities and 11 states. We plan on continuing our virtual programming to increase participation.
